Private Education Advisory

A private education,
considered with care.

Elite Education advises a small number of families each year on tutoring, admissions and ongoing academic counsel. Each engagement is held in confidence.

Our ethos

Three commitments. Held without exception.

Excellence, discretion and results are not values we publish for marketing. They are the conditions under which we agree to work and the standards by which our families judge us each year.

i.

Excellence

Every engagement is shaped to the student in front of us. We choose tutors and advisors for character as well as record. We replace anyone whose fit is not exact. We do not believe in volume. We do not run a faculty. We assemble a single, considered team for each family.

ii.

Discretion

Names are not used. Files are not shared. The most useful thing we can offer most families is the certainty that what is said in our care will not be repeated outside it. Discretion is a habit of practice, not a clause in a contract.

iii.

Results

We are judged on outcomes. Higher grades. Senior school placements. University offers that match the ambition of the household. We will not take on work we cannot stand behind. We are direct about what an outcome will require of the student and the family.

How we work

From introduction to outcome.

Each engagement follows a quiet sequence. It is unhurried. It is iterative. It is designed to make the right decisions visible before any work is committed.

01

Introduction

A first conversation with the principal or the household director. We explain who we are. We listen to the academic life as it stands today and to the ambitions held for the years ahead.

02

Discovery

A discreet review of records, reports and recent assessments. Where useful, a single diagnostic session with the student. We then return a written brief and a recommended path of work.

03

Curation

We assemble the team. Subject tutors, an admissions lead, a pastoral point of contact when the engagement requires one. Each is chosen by hand and introduced to the family in person.

04

Stewardship

We hold the engagement together over months or years. Regular reports. A single point of contact. A standing review with the family on cadence to ensure direction and pace remain right.

Outcomes

Quiet outcomes, plainly stated.

A representative selection of institutions to which we have placed students or which form the active focus of current engagements. We do not publish the names of families or children. We do not discuss live cases.

Discretion

Confidence is the foundation of everything we do.

We work with single family offices, principals' chiefs of staff and household directors across multiple time zones and in several languages. We are introduced. We are kept on. What is said in our care stays in our care, as a matter of practice.

If our practice answers a question your family is asking quietly - write to the principal.
